- - Developed and maintained project plans and schedules, track progress, and coordinate to complete the work within time and budget to achieve the maximum benefits to the company.
- Budget oversee, monitor changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and correspondences with different parties for all aspects of the project.

- Reviewed tender drawings, produced shop drawings & as-built drawings, provided supporting technical details and monitor the project (Majority of finishes) work to ensure site work quality and to match the project schedule, arranged all required coordination, progress and technical meetings with all parties and Consultant/Client.
- Assured all data compilation and submission for applications to different authorities (DM&DEWA).
- Supervised and followed up finishes and fitting out site activities at Discovery Gardens project, including subcontractors’ activities and payments.
- Accomplished all required coordination with MEP, elevators subcontractors& landscape designers.
- Review works and evaluate progress and personnel to achieve targets based on project program.
- Acting as HSE CM. in DG project, attend safety meetings with The Client, Project manager, The Engineer & Authorities and submitted concerned HSE reports to JAFZA.
- Started and developed new teams trained to establish new finishes activities at site.
- Reached with 11 buildings to the stage of handing over, following and fulfill snag lists.
- Compilation and submittal of applications to Dubai Municipality, Dewa, Jafza, Tecom and other bodies as required, got NOCs and other certificates required for the project.

- Residential, commercial complex (11 residential towers12 storey each, mosque, shopping mall, bank branch and offices building)

Main Jobs Duties:
- Following up projects productivity and submit reports to the under-secretary of the housing ministry where he uses to build up his discussion and drive the plan within meetings with state governor.
- Solve sites and official obstacles with different authorities.
- Prepare meetings and follow up with concerned authorities to ease the process of approvals and certificates for the projects under my supervision.
- Attend and prepare technical documents and reports required in meetings with state governor and all chairmen for different departments in the state (housing, health, police, civil defense…) to discuss headlines for governorate projects with solutions for obstructions and prepare our department work plan based on recommendations from these progress meetings.
