Coordinate Monitoring and Evaluation activities among project implementation offices in the region
•Collect all the required information and data for the project, as per donor request and according to the agreed M&E plan
•Collect and standardize all the project documents and data collection tools in preparation for close-out phase
•Prepare for final report and collect all required information and documents for close-out
Develop and manage data collection tools and documents for data collection activities during training and interventions of GHD
•Develop and manage database for compiling collected data, cleaning and analyzing.

•Develop guidelines and presentations on M&E and M&E tools and methodologies, present to partners in order to strengthen their capacity in terms of implementing and managing projects.
•Regularly update and adapt ISHA M&E plan according to updates on program workplan.
•Review and evaluate project proposals as received from applicants to the program to ensure best partners selected to be provided with adequate and sufficient capacity strengthening to run projects and deal with international donors and NGOs.
