Manage all Operations activities to fulfill HitekNOFAL’s Orders, including but not limited to; Contracts Adminstration, Procurement, Order Processing, Logistics and Inventory
Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
• Plan, direct, and manage all Operations activities (Contracts and Orders Adminstration, Order Processing, Logistics & Inventory) by:
• Handle and direct the process of logistics, order administration & Service departments properly.
• Deliver the product exactly as designed to the clients after determining their needs.
• Work for reducing the cost by finding new means legitimately with great familiarity.
• Develop and implement the long term goals to ensure efficiency.
• Guide the team members and staff properly in their work as well.
• Ensure that the financial objectives or goals set by the firm are met properly.
• Effective proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to source and supply the needed products and services according to certain quality and price criteria
• Handle negotiation and administration of purchasing contracts
• Responsible Cost saving targeting
• Execute Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management
• Responsible Stock and materials control/management
• Ensures on time customers’ product delivery, and payment invoices are timely implemented.
• Reviews purchase orders against the quotations presented by the sales team or product manager to the customer, sends acknowledgements to the customer clarifying differences between the purchase order and the quotation (if any) and advises on necessary actions and amendments to be made to ensure consistency with the contract.

Plan, direct, and manage all central procurement activities (Suppliers selection and management, Order Processing, Logistics & Inventory) by doing the following:
• Delivery of procurement strategies and plans to enhance the outcomes and minimize costs, ensuring compliance with the overall strategy safeguarding contractual and commercial risk
• Working with all business units to maximiz the return from procurement by securing commercial efficiencies during the early stages of the project
• Manage suppliers performance and evaluation activity during the duration of the agreement to ensure that performance is up to the required service levels
• Evaluate/ negotiate/ analyze present and future pricing, terms and conditions of key contract/ supplier/ contractor/ vendor provider/ outsourcer
• Rank suppliers by cost and quality and continually optimize suppliers
• Routine supplier visits to strengthen long term relationships and identify opportunities
• Monitor and analyze trends in company spendings and inventory control in order to make recommendations and to identify areas for possible savings
• Identify new suppliers for new products and/or equipment, prices, means of shipment, payment facilities
• Prepares purchasing and inventory reports after review of bid proposals, tender documents, running projects etc
• Follow up all HSE Instructions. evaluation, selection and signing agreements
• Market Screening for suppliers and subcontractors based on internal request from Sales Teams
• Collect data about companies by sending RFI (Request For Information), including technical and financial capabilities
• Evaluate feedback and held on site visit to each supplier (when applicable), scoring each supplier, depending on circumstances of project and needs
• Send RFQ (Request For Quotation) to suppliers that passed technical and financial evaluation
• Filtering suppliers based on RFQ reply and evaluation score
• Proposing selected suppliers to NSN defined team and discuss justifications for selected suppliers
• Final selection of suppliers and negotiating prices
• Discussing and signing agreements with selected suppliers
• Responsible for Suppliers Management through implementation phase for performance evaluation, so suppliers can be upgraded to good, preferred supplier, or disqualify incase of bad performance

• OSP Bid Management and Technical Support for Munich (Siemens AG OSP Global Bid Management) in offer preparation for:
o Saudia Arabia (Mobily Fiber Backbone 11, 000 Km)
o Uganda (260 Km Fiber Backbone survey)
o Libya FTTH survey,
