Procoor’s Contract Department is responsible for all
contractual and Commercial issues in the projects with all Contractors and Consultants
Administrating all Contractual Parts of the Projects.
Reply to all Claims and Contractual correspondences;
and
Develops and execute negotiation strategies that
minimize potential losses and benefits the organization’s financial performance.
•》Dealing with all construction process parties (owner, municipality, consultant, subcontractor, suppliers, manpower, ..........ect )
•》Good leader and control works
•》Dealing with insurance companies related to Contractor's all risk and plant and mechinary insurances
•》contacting with financial department related to financing issues related to agreements like (LCs, Bank Gurantees, invoices, CTC, .......)
•》Prepare all types of Agreements +400 Million SAR like (Subcontract Agreement, Purchase Order, Purchase Agreement, Letter of Intent …etc.)
•》Preparing Claims, Variation Orders, EOT for all Projects
•》Preparing invoices with Client, Subcontractor, Suppliers and manpower
•》Negotiating with all Subcontractor/Supplier to finalize all Agreements
•》Preparing a Contractual Letters
•》Quantity surveying
•》Administrating Projects (+5 Billion SAR) as follows:
• Granada Business & Housing Park Project, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (+1.6 Billion SAR)
• King Abdul Aziz Center for National Dialogue, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (+170 Million SAR)

a. Constructing 24 villas of (Basement +G+1st Floor + 2nd Floor + Roof)
b. Half finishing (Interior & Exterior) 24 villas of (Basement +G+1st Floor + 2nd Floor + Roof)
c. Quantity surveying manually.
d. Preparing invoices for Subcontractor and manpower
e. Good dealing with different subcontractors and suppliers.
