Assist in all the importing activities in all stages & monitoring till the shipping circle is completed.

Receive purchasing plans from the planning dept. and studying it with the sales & production plans to be divided into quotas.
Send inquiries to the selected suppliers, obtain RFQ’s, prepare competitive statement and obtain approvals to issue purchase orders.
Monitoring till we receive the order confirmations or acknowledgments and settle the payments terms, and review the L/C's or L/G's terms.
Updated sources and maintain all records.
Maintains co-ordination with suppliers and other departments (such as Finance, Customs Clearance and R&D).
Supervising in all the forwarding and shipping tender phases for about 4 year decide with top management the nominated companies.
