The academy project (AIGLE) aims at providing
policy-makers, trainers and project leaders in
public sector in the Arab countries with the
basic knowledge and skills to take advantage
of the opportunities offered by ICT (Information
and Communication Technology) to achieve the
objectives of national development and bridge the
digital and knowledge divide.
I participated in project management, modules developing and training in Arab countries
-Digital forensic consultants in : Syria, Oman,
Lebanon and Sudan
-Developing Digital forensic lab in Damascus
- Preparing the national profile of the information society (2009-2011)
- Studies review (Cyber legislation)
- Building SYGIF standard (Semantic interoperability standard for government services)
- Semantic & technical solution for 9 G2G services

Following the launching of the e-Government Strategy in October, 2009, Ministry of Communication & technology by cooperation with United Nation initiated E-Gov project initiate the implementation phase of the strategy through enhancing the operational capacity and the institutional framework for overall coordination of e-government initiatives, My job in this project is:
- Building SYGIF standard (Semantic interoperability standard for government services)
- Semantic & technical solution for 9 G2G services
Syrian computer society cooperation with SECC in egypt has lunshed the CMMI project in Syria, the SCS selected 10 local experts. I was one of the software engineering expets, my job was:
- CMMI Expert for two software industry companies
- Scampi Appraisal team member for Syriansoft Company (CMMI Level 3), registered in SEI (Software Engineering Institute in USA)
