Oracle EBS - SC Business consultant who is responsible for Enhancing and support an implementation of new Oracle EBS - SC modules associated with enhancing performance and utilization of currently implemented modules in Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON).

Automate Tendering and contracting processes ensuring full integration with financial domain

Analyze customer current business Requirements and design future business model, Manage custom extensions, refinement of the technical architecture design and conversion Data Mapping, Provide the function effort required for setting up both test and production servers, conduct planned training sessions and CRPs with customer team, and fulfill project documentation commitments

It owns two main roles; Project management role in which constructing the project plan will takes place, 2nd one focus on leading ERP consultancy team during project journey in structural methodology (business process survey, process description, solution description, customer staff training, go live, and hand over project to both customer / supporting teams

 Responsible for managing all Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Shipping activities purchasing of the company
deploy MRP solutions (FOURTH SHIFT) with computerization of the internal planning processes.

 Optimizing foreign / Local purchasing costs, supplier payment terms, suppliers’ accounts
 Adopt and establishing updating mechanism of purchasing data base
 Establish (Develop, Implement, Automate) vendor evaluation system

Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of company quality system procedures / instructions as per ISO9002 not limited to the following:
 Corrective/Preventive actions procedures.
 Inspection and test equipment calibration procedures, Quality documentation system.
 Planning, implementing and reporting for internal Quality system Audits activity.
 Implementation of company contingency plan based on MSDS of both (RMs & FPs).
 Planning for Env. aspects measurements and Coordination with service providing institutes

 Supervision of Raw materials, in-process and finished Products inspectional and testing.
 Issue inspection and test instructions including Identification of test methods and equipment.
 Recommending required corrective actions for out-of-specifications products and reuse of rejected production Batches.
 Monthly statistical analysis for inspection and test results of raw materials and finished products & Recommending required preventive actions to prevent non-conformity re-occurrence.
