● Conducts regular telesales to update & generate sales
from distribution channels.
● Prepares & delivers timely email broadcast to distribution
Channels updates about Air Arabia products and services.
●Assists in identifying, organizing & participating in sales
Promotion.
●Keeps up-to-date with industry/competitor information
Related to fare, product & update relevant stake holders.
●Assists in generating sales agreements for GSA, sales
agents, corporate tour operators or any other
Distribution channels.
* Confers with customers by telephone in order
to provide information about products and services.
* Obtain all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, such as extreme weather conditions.
* Meet the monthly Revenue, calls & quality targets to reach
the max level of punctuality & productivity.
* Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
*Resolves customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as refunding money, and adjusting bills. Seeks approval of the Team Leader where applicable.
*Handle customers inquiries about bank accounts, credit cards, loans...etc
* Handling customer's complaints.
* Receiving hard calls from customers.
* managing the floor as a senior, Mentor and support new employees.
Act as a front line interface with customers of Vodafone company. responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
* Main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer service standard
* Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.
* proactive in regards to the improvement of processes and
Procedures.
*Mentor and support new employees.
