Establishing a detailed plan to execute PURCHASE ORDERS & PROJECTS from A to Z which includes
* Dealing with foreign suppliers
* Dealing with clients in Jordan, KSA and UAE.
* Executing daily operations to optimize customer shipments.
* Arranging payment terms (CAD, LC, Advance, …etc)
* Responding to customers or shippers questions or in some cases complaints.
* Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location.
* Tracking of goods enroute to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
* Preparation of quotes for customers, which will involve examining products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for storage or transport.
* Liaise with accounts for the preparation of invoices ensuring shipping costs are calculated accurately and passed onto customer.
* Negotiation rates with suppliers such as carriers, warehouse operators and insurance companies and prepare tariffs ensuring the required profit margin as directed by the company they are achieved.
* preparing the bonds (Performance bond, maintenance bond, etc…) required by the contract and follow up their issuance with the banks
* preparing shipping documents and doing the required documentation
* liaise with competent authorities for tax exemptions, port clearances, etc.
