Kuwait University, was established in October 1966.The University is the state’s first public institution of higher education
and research. Kuwait University aims to preserve and transmit knowledge through scholarships, and encourages
innovation and development in the arts and the sciences. It consists of 17 colleges which offer 76 undergraduate and 71
graduate programs.
J’s preschool is an American system curriculum and is known for its uniquely designed classrooms with high technology
features. With seven branches in Kuwait, J’s Preschool develops students’ creativity and provides a standards-based
curriculum that encourages academic rigor for students ages 18 months to 5 years.
The establishment of Kuwait English School was in 1978, by School Chairman Mr. Mohamed Jassim Al Saddah, and the
current Founder/Director, Mrs. Rhoda Elizabeth Mahmood, who both shared a passion for education. Since that time,
there have been innumerable developments to ever improve the facilities and the quality of education.
Assisted grade one and two teachers with teaching students various subjects i.e. English, Math and Science to
ensure that students are understanding the material that is being taught to them
• Guided reading with students to assist teachers in monitoring students’ progress in reading and pronunciation
• Administrative duties for teachers i.e. filing, photocopying and correcting student’s classwork and homework
