• Manage the inter-Market Supply Collaboration between Export / Import Operations within Maghreb Region.
• Ensure Capability to achieve targeted Customer Levels to receivers (Exports) or Domestic Customers (imports).
• Manage the Coordination with Production & Physical Logistics to ensure Stock Availability.
• Coordinate with Physical Logistics & DSP Teams the Planning & Dispatching Processes from factories according to receiving markets requirements.
• Ensure timely and error free data to perform Inter-market & Third Party Export Order-to-Cash processes.
• Ensure Compliance of the Export & Import Regulations.
• Mange the IM reviews with the D&SP Team & their IM partners.
- Train, Coach and Assess the Asian, Oceania and African Markets on the Practices and Methodology of Goal Alignment. Functions covered: Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- Ensure successful completion of Gate Pass Assessment by giving full support to Markets.
- Help Markets to Implement a culture of prioritizing and eliminating waste using Nestle Continuous Excellence Best Practices
- Develop a culture of Problem Solving and reduction of waste using Root Cause Analysis Tools and Standardization
- Collaborate with Markets to build Functionnal Light Houses for Goal Alignment Practices.
- Support startup of Nestlé Algeria by implementing a full scope Demand Planning process
- Work as GLOBE Super User in Demand & Supply Planning area
- Launch Goal Alignment methodology as way of working in the Supply Chain
- Co-ordinate Supply Chain processes between Nestlé and Star Goods (Distributor)
- Ensure Regulatory Affairs function in Algeria
- Ensuring knowledge transfers between Nestlé and the Distributor's Supply Chain
- Organisation and management of a team of 3 persons
- Startup and manage local procurement, customer Service and Stock Management functions
- Negotiation, selection and performance evaluation of local suppliers
- Ensure import function for raw & pack materials from New Zealand and India
- Manage relations with relevant authorities (Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Commerce)
- Co-ordinate all import administration with selected customs agent
