Handling end to end on boarding process for over 2000 Employees which includes:
• Checking the candidate back ground (hire right and reference check) and check on the required documents if it’s attested and if it’s as per the country approved formats (PCC and Education certificate)
• Checking if the candidate is joining single or with family in order to apply for the family visas, arrange for all the required documents and start the relocation process.
• Arrange for the ticket booking according to the travel point of the candidate, communicate the same to the candidate and his/ hers hiring manager.
• Arrange for the accommodation and transportation for the first 3 days.
• Welcome the employee within the first day and arrange to collect their documents to start ID issuance process.
• Arrange for the onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Communicate with the hiring managers regarding their employees status once arrived and organize for the 1st meeting with them.
• Create and update the relocation report on daily basis on the ERP system and HRMS System.
