I Worked as a Medical Coordinator in 8 health centers in Al-Mudhaffar & Al-Qahirah districts. And In 5 Rural Hospitals in Districts of Shara'b-Ar-Rawnah, Shara'b-As-Salam & Dimnat-Khadir in the war- affected zones of Taiz Governorate, Rep. of Yemen

Job responsibilities at QRCS
• Prepare project proposals & obtain approvals for them.
• Proposing the appropriate budget for implementing medical projects & programs.
• Supervising the implementation projects & operational plans in line with agreed performance indicators .
• Monitor&analyse performance of operations, issue the necessary reports, determine the negatives, & ways to Amend/Correct them .
• Build the capacity of health workers & determine their training needs in the field of work .
• Carry out supervisory field visits to all medical projects .
• Prepare bi weekly & monthly detailed reports for all medical projects .
• Providing development relief programs in an optimal and efficient way to ensure the largest number of beneficiaries benefit for full satisfaction.
• Building strong relationship with international firms &International relief organisations.
• Representing QRCS in various health programs meeting and conferences.
