Delegating work duties to individual staff members.
•Deputizing in the absence of the management team.


•Identifying and evaluating employee training requirements.


•Monitoring Key Performance Indicators.

•Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations.
.Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using

newsgroups and job sites.

• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants.

• Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Change of

Sponsorship, Issuance of new Iqama’s, Renewal of Iqama’s, Iqama Transfers,

processing Visa documents, Exit Reentry Visa, Final Exit Visa etc.) Prepares

the documents for the Iqama Renewals, Change of Sponsorship Etc.

• Responsible for Nitaqat process (Saudization Percentage)

• Updating & Maintaining the Employee information in the System.

• Pro active and advance notification about any changes in government rules &

regulations.

• Manage and Record all GOSI Subscription transactions and transactions for

New Hire and terminated for employees.

• Ensure all employees’ information on GOSI is matching the employees’

information on system.

• Ensure the calculation of GOSI Subscription is correct and make sure the

payment will be paid on time.

• Ensure all GOSI data is always available and updated in system.

• Keep a copy of all generated and approved reports.

• Manage the registration of the accident claims and work injury report and

follow-up with GOSI until they close the case.

• Manage GOSI team to make sure they deliver the services on time with high quality standard, and monitor the actual progress of orders against the expected forecast.
