- Manage the data collection process of all active REACH Syria assessments on a day-to-day basis, following the daily/monthly work plans
- Planned and managed the field workers - in Syria- network’s activities and ensure that HR documents such as attendance sheets and payment receipts are completed.
- Follow the work plan and checking the activities for the following day, week, month follow up with any additional planning needs
- Monitoring data collection in the field and checking the methodology is being followed correctly and with quality (for example, sampling, interview technique, field workers’ safety/security checks
- Daily communication with field workers to both share the work plan on the daily basis and to ensure the work plan is being followed
- Training field workers on the tools and the methodology
- Checking all submitted surveys by field workers to flag issues, contact them to correct the values, submit cleaning logs and reflecting the changes on the online tool, and correct the outliers after contacting field workers
- Developing the capacity of the field team regarding data collection quality and coaching regarding methodology, through a continuous support and communication with the enumerator network to monitor data collection methods for repeated methodological errors and offer support to field workers on any questions/clarification raised during the data collection process
- Developing field workers contacts by following the expansion plan and by maintaining communication with field workers regarding their monthly submission of proposed coverage, and developing reporting mechanisms for the information spontaneously being collected by the field workers
