ob responsibilities include:
- Meet potential scriptwriters and hosts to evaluate their knowledge about the topic along with other required skills.
- Prepare training course outline for each script after attending related courses for the required topic on other platforms such as Coursera, Linked in, Udemy, etc.
- Liaise with the scriptwriter during the scriptwriting journey.
- Liaise with the production team and host for video shooting.
- Work closely with the production team to maintain optimum levels of communication to effectively and efficiently complete high-quality video content.
- Ensure quality of content prior to the production phase.
- Add case studies, topics, examples or whatever needed content to the script to make sure it meets the high-quality standards of KLD.
- Review and finalize scripts received from scriptwriters and make sure the script meets KLD standards and script manual.
- Prepare scenario-based quizzes, reading materials, activities, and introduction per script.
- Suggest training topics, scriptwriters and hosts to the management.
- Handle overall training content creation process.
• Manage the content creation process and oversee the development of training content.
• Coordinate with scriptwriters and the production team.
• Create educational materials to maintain high-quality standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of curricula in robotics and programming for kids in the UAE coder program.
• Guide professional development for STEM educators.
• Enhance teaching practices through professional development and leverage technology to enhance learning.
Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the curricula for technology, engineering, and science programs
Develop course syllabi or curricula overview on an as-needed basis
Maintain current knowledge of developments in the STEM model and science and technology overall
Plan and execute programs to actively engage students, parents, and the community
Plan and oversee technology curricula
Provide leadership for professional development for other STEM instructors and paraprofessionals in the program to promote learning and teaching best practices
Supervise and ensure the safety of students in the class
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
Use a variety of technological applications and online resources
Enhance productivity and learning opportunities through technology.
• Evaluate trainers performance and create training programs.
• Prepare learning materials and onboarding training for new employees.
