Automated the Executive Sales performance dashboard and reporting it on a timely manner,
create sister companies’ BSCs, update the action items from the Executive’ meetings, prepare
the PMO/ SMO dept. Standard operating procedures and organization structure, and Conduct
the Project/ Strategy Management workshop to the interns.
