ACHIEVEMENTS:
•Assigned to plan and organize the annual meeting event of Louzan Group for all departments (More than 240 salespersons, team leaders, and managers including Chairman and CEO attended this event in Hilton Hotel, Al Ain). I was the public speaker in this event and delivered to the audience a motivational speech and company review with different fun activities.
•Completed Induction & Orientation classroom training sessions for more than 200 Retail staff in AD, Al Ain, Dubai, and NE.
•Assigned to lead and train customer care team and helped them to create and manage their reports, improve their skills, increase their productivity by monthly training sessions.
•Supported the Retail team to learn the newest style of the customer service and designed a daily Score Card tracker for the retail Area managers, Shop Managers, and team leaders to track their team members’ performance and find the strengths and weaknesses. As a result of this, Louzan Cavallo Shops succeeded to achieve 120% of sales target on Dec, 2018.
•Insured the safety in the company by organizing a training session by “Civil Defense” and got a Certificate from UAE government.
