Duties & Responsibilities:
• Downloading, filtering tenders and printing Bill of Quantities.
• Preparing quotations for projects
• Working closely with the owner of the company.
• Ability to prepare and write correspondence.
• Ability to create an archive of correspondence.
• Perform General office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Maintain the owner agenda and organize his appointments.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondences (Letters, Emails, Fax, , , , ) Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
