• Research and Design of FS Electric vehicle.
• Designed the circuits: Indicator Circuit, Ready-to-drive-sound circuit, Latch Circuit, and Low Voltage Master Board
• Created wireless temperature monitoring system for EV battery.
• During my Artistic Milliners internship (AM-04), I conducted preventive maintenance, performed thermography, and ground testing, enriching my electrical systems understanding and maintenance skills.
• (Remote) Designed Electrical Circuits, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), Power Management System, Battery Management System (BMS), Arduino Programming and Logic Control.
• Proposed a solution to reduce downtime of workstations by creating a wireless remote for hoists used to pull heavy loads.
• Experienced the entire plant architecture and all the processes that are responsible for manufacturing vehicles.
• Learned the mechanism of the conveyor belt, its motor, motor controller, and gearbox.
• Learned the use of PLCs, contactors, relays, and other related components in the Electric Panel box installed in each workstation of Plant Assembly lines.
