1- Attending business meetings with projects’ concerned parties such as Consultants and Main contractors.
2-Following up all activates (Foundation-piles- concrete work -finishing work -MEP work)
3- Revised architectural drawing with structure and MEP drawing
4- Cash flow and budget reviews, risk assessment with respect to contract variation and claim Analysis
5- Make Coordination between sub-contractors in work and solve any problem for him
6- Following up the correspondence between the contractor, subcontractor, consultant and client
7-Following up all papers work in site (approved samples, material submittal, shop drawing, quotation, and
claims)
8-Following up monthly payment for site and bill for all subcontractors
9- Knowledge of the requirements of the municipality and Civil defense
10- Manage and supervise all activities, reporting daily the going on activities to the management,
controlling subcontractors, making daily and weekly programmers for site supervisors etc.
11- The project evaluation and feasibility study and planning
12- Manage and monitor the construction process
13- Improve the performance
14- Installation and testing equipment
15- Operational review and maintenance
16- Cost-benefit analysis
17- Review contracts between all parties and checking on all the conditions
in EGYPT from 2011 to 2013
*Full engineering supervision of three residential towers in al Qouba contracting
1 - The first tower contains 12-floor and supervisor on all concrete works
2 -The second tower contains 10-floor and all finishing works supervisor
3 -The third tower contains 14 floors
