PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Establish and monitor effective procedures and a system of control for accounting fixed assets and properties.
● Calculate and determine the depreciation and devaluation of all fixed assets and properties.
● Conduct regular review of corporate property holdings to ensure they are productively deployed in the
business
● Monthly / quarterly management accounts preparation.
