The responsibilities include, Preparing the Bill of Quantities for civil & fit out Works, Bar Bending Schedule, Variation Order and Price Escalation for the Civil Scoped activities. Daily Weekly & Monthly Progress report, Verification and checking Contractor and Sub Contractor Payment applications. checking of the all purchase request and purchase order.Developing Strong relationships with clint and sub contractor.Providing advice and Guidance to staff in the Preparation and Presentation of work Proposals reviews and updates, Negotiation with Client for Additional / Extra Work. Prepare monitoring report versus actual accomplishment, budget and claim; Prepare disbursement report; and supervised preparation of claims and other QS work Item Break up Rate. Review specifications and contracts to be considered in bid proposal, prepare bid queries, evaluate proposal of subcontractors to be included in bid cost, Provisional and Final Acceptance certificates liquidated damages claims.
