Corporate Finance Professional with 24 years of experience of working in Senior Positions as CFO/ Finance Controller with expert knowledge of Project Financing, Financial restructuring and concluding deals with Banks, investors and Underwriters, Budgeting & Cash Flow Management.
Extensively worked for EPC Contracting covering Financial Feasibility, financing methodology, Tendering, and securing project. EPC Contracting for infrastructure projects for Oil and Gas pipelines, Water, Sewerage, Pumping Stations, Storage Tanks etc. and concluded special assignments for Telecoms, Steel and Agro based projects.

• Financing arrangements:- Specialized skills and experience of negotiating financing deals and Managing relationship with Banks, Financial institutions ensuring the timely availability of appropriate financial resources at Most Competitive Interest Rates. Materialized multimillion Dollar/ Multiple Currencies financing Deals for short term/ long term/ funded/ non funded financing requirements and hedging/ Forward Cover transactions.
• Cash Flow Management- Implemented tools to optimize utilization of Cash resources resulting into savings in Financial Costs and ensuring smooth operations through effective Cash Flow Management. Defining threshold for short / long term commitments and balancing internal funds generation/ borrowings/ external resources and synchronizing Receivable/ Payables Cycle.
• Budgeting - Developed and enforced Corporate Budgeting system and Business Plans right from the Departmental Budgets to Centralized Budgets. Compiling CapEx and OpEx for each Revenue/ Cost Centers and Liaison with Projects/ stakeholders / process owners.
• Financial Statements - Ensured dot date availability of financial results by reducing the Reporting Period deadlines. Process, Prepare and Present Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS, Taxation and other statutory requirements and finalizing matters with external Auditors.
• Handling multiple projects- In depth exposure of handling financial matters of large scale multiple projects of different nature, locations and complex costing processes.
• Business Expansions- Set up a number of new Projects in various sectors including Contracting/Manufacturing /Power Projects right from the feasibility studies and modeling, Tendering, LOA, Tariff determination, PPA, FSA, financial Close and project implementation. .
