• The Simulation Instructor/Educator’s main responsibility is to conduct and instruct on simulation-based training.
• Responsible for accomplishment of simulator training conducted for customers /students recreation purpose
• Provide simulator instruction of aircraft normal, abnormal and emergency procedures and operations.
• Having acute concentration and patience for long periods of time during training scenarios
• Generate client relationship skills and an ability to communicate and collaborate within a multidisciplinary high level of communication and relationship framework.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager
● Providing the crew with a thorough flight brief by covering all significant information like Weather, NOTAMS, Routing, etc.
● Flight planning and dispatching the aircraft after verifying all the documents required for the flight and maintaining the operational documents, records of aircraft like technical log book of each aircraft.
● Ensuring that flights are safely and efficiently planned, cleared and monitored in accordance with established standards and regulations.
● Scheduling Crew and Students on a daily basis and sending out email for the same to be notified and ensuring timely completion of operations and arrange special flights.
● Coordination with QA and Engineering on aircraft readiness. ( DWC and DXB airports)
● Liasoning with Head of Training and ensuring the instructors complete the planned schedule.
● Flight Tracking and following up on position reports on Radio including solo Flights.
● Well aware of online slot booking system through Online Co-ordination system and coordinating with Joint Control Room, Dubai for the same.
