WORK EXPERIENCE (10 YEARS):
Remarkably talented Rotary Technician with Two years Apprenticeship Training & over three year experience as Senior Staff Technician in helping rotary engineers in order to accomplish
specified tasks. Currently I am working at Ammonia & Urea Plants
in Fauji Fertilizer Company Mirpur Mathelo.
Centrifugal Pumps:
 Centrifugal Pumps preventive maintenance & complete overhauling.
 Fitting of Mechanical seal.
 Single Stage (over hang) Pump, Pompe Gabbonita Italy, Labor.
 Multi Stage pumps
 Sub mersible pump, KSB.
 Single Stage double suction, , Worthington.


Positive Displacement Pumps:
 Overhauling of high pressure positive displacement pump.
 Uraca PD pumps (25-250Kg). Type KD 827, Stroke 270 mm.
 Worked on number of screw type pumps. (Make Allwieller, Pompe Guinard).

Compressors & Turbines:
 Synthesis Gas Compressor 2BCL 305-6/B (28-255Kg/cm2) Nuovo Pignone.
 CO2 Gas Compressor 2 BCL 306A (.Nuovo Pignone).
 Air Compressor (Borsig).and Worthington air compressor for utility and instrument air.
 Ammonia compressor (Sulzer, Delavel).
 AEG KANIS Tubine Over Hauling of power rating of 7 MW
 GAS TURBINE preventive maintenance of 15 MW manufactured by turbomach.
ID & FD Fans:
 Complete overhauling of ID & FD fans of cooling tower and boiler preheaters with respectively.
 Complete overhauling of Furnace Blowers.
Power Transmission Machines:
 Complete overhauling of cooling tower fan double reduction gearbox.
 Overhauling of Torque Converter use to drive the P.D. pump (Uraca 250kg/cm2).
 Work has done on Induction and Reduction gearboxes.
 Complete overhauling of Fluid Couplings.
 Replacement of conyour belt.
Cooling towers:
 Mechanical govern Complete maintenance of cooling tower gearbox (Amarillo) and fans (Hudson and cofimco).
