Involved in designing and managing a customer care portal for Qatar tourism and TASMU. The administration section is using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and for customer interaction portal is developed using the CRM portal Connector.
Building a portal for Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA), to provide different services licensing, registration, facilities, rack rates etc. to hotels.
The admin side is built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and client side is developed using CRM Portal Connector.
Involved in designing and developing products for the company. Involved in designing and developing 2 major projects: 1. BOLD Document 2. BOLD-Hi (BOLD Happiness) 3. BOLD Build Also involved in the integration of CRM 365 with Marketo.
Work only on the client side for developing and managing their CRM portal. Also involved in all communications related to purchasing of licensing of CRM portal connector. Teach team members how to fetch data from Database for creating CRM SQL server reports, and also how to use and develop a portal using CRM Portal Connector.
Involved in design, implement, and maintaining of different Microsoft CRM product. Using Silverlight, HTML & JavaScript to modify CRM and customize CRM applications according to the user requirements.
Involved in the design, implementation, and maintenance of different Microsoft CRM products. Also communicate with the client to gather and analyze requirements. Then pass on the requirements to the team member to
implement. Also, train team members on development. Using Silverlight, HTML, windows services, WCF services, Azure services & JavaScript to modify CRM and customize CRM applications according to the user requirement.
Involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining different websites and making them search engine optimized (SEO). The tool used for the development was Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and MS Visual Studio 2008.
Involve in developing, maintaining critical modules of application using Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0, PowerBuilder 11.5.
