Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
§ Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
§ Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
§ Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
§ Respond to client and our partners inquiries
§ Provide word-processing and secretarial support
§ Provide support to the Managing Director
§ Assist the Managing Director as requested
§ Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents
§ Attend meetings, compile, transcribe, and distribute contact report of meetings to the client
§ Follow-up activity and proposals with clients
§ Manages relationships with vendors & partners
§ Other tasks/duties assigned by managing Director
