Ensure and managing daily sales activities within the assigned region.
following up the customer/distributor’s needs and complaints.
Negotiating with suppliers’ freight charges, coordinate loading and shipping .
provide sufficient documents to the customer/distributor, arrange necessary Bank documents (L/C - BG … etc.) in coordination with Finance department.
Gather collections details, receipts, deposit slips and other documents forward to Finance
Supporting in Developing current assigned market by conducting some analysis and research.
*Data collection, analysis, and development of analytical tools to assist with sales department performance measurement and action plans.
* Sales reporting, exception reporting, risk analysis, individual and team performance tracking, and improvement planning
* Support the development of short and long term business projections and performance measures using both qualitative and quantitative data for management’s review
* To enable provision of statistical analysis and reporting tools by fully utilizing business systems to add value to the business
* To undertake projects and functions identified for the continued development of the sales and commercial function in line with Sales Budget and Company Aims and Objectives.
*Support in Study Feasibility studies for new projects and Summarize for management presentations by making them comprehensible.
* Gather collections details, receipts, deposit slips and other documents from Al team to forward to Finance for their records.
* Coordinate to send and provide Samples for both business units by keeping in touch with the Production and Product Development departments to improve customer satisfaction.
* Provide data for Balanced Score Card for both business units by quantitatively analyzing and manipulating business information for Board Presentation purposes.
*Prepare quotations for potential and current customers
*Assist Sales Department as necessary with administrative Support
*Generate weekly & monthly sales reports
*Organize and Coordinate promotional projects and events.
*Assist sales managers with proposals, forecasts and budgets.
*Communicate Between Sales and Warehouse, to assure and update stock availability .
