1- Commisioning of New Projects:
A - Installatin and Erection of 13 MW turbo-generator (6.6KV)
o Installation of synchronizing and load sharing units
o Installation of protection pannels and NGRs
o Cable size Calcuations
o VCB's Installation and Rating Calculations
o Transformers installation (6MVAx2)
o Transformer rating calculations 6.6kv/111kv
o Commissioning of Siprotec 7SJ600 Earth and phase protection relays.
B- Synchronising and load sharing of all power house generators to a common bus.
o Bringing individually operating generators to a mutual load bus
o Installation of step-up transformers for voltage level synchronization
o Installation of synchro.chek units
o Installation of load sharing controllers
o Installation and calculation of busbar size
o Installation of PLCs to avoid system failure and ensure healthy system operation
o Installation of HMI (Load sharing controller)
o Arrange and supervis trials after completion of job.

Learnings: • Visit to manufecturing facilities of Energy Meters.
• Visit to manufecturing facilities of Transformers.
• Visit to manufecturing facilities of Conductors and insulators
• Learn Type tests Carried out to ensure quality

Job Responsibilities at Fatima Group.

o Ensure continuous and smooth power flow.
o Ensure economic and minimum power consumption.
o Load analysis and load management.
o Inventory management.
o Maintenance and installations.
o Work and lead the shift alongwith senior shift incharges.
o Maintain power factor to optimum value.
o Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure optimum performance.
o To give technical support to different departments to continue workflow.
o Regularly review/ monitor data completeness & integrity.
o Regularly run reports and update accordingly
