Managed one of the flagship store of Eastern province which is biggest store in the company and highest taking store of Dammam region. Also been the part of ‘train the trainer program and delivered company orientation training to 156 employees. Represented Tamimi Markets in different events at US embassy in Riyadh. Delivered consistent QA results and achieved GREEN (90%plus) for mystery customer service.
