1 .Generating sales on past experience & providing clientage with complete drawings, prepared BOQ’s, proposals, presentations for new ideas in liaison with engineering department.
2. Ensuring sales target while taking in account top line & bottom line.
3. Monitoring monthly billing & recovery from private & Public Sector Organizations.
4. Launching of Rubber products & Driver Feed Back Sign (ITS) new product line under 3M Traffic Safety System Division.
5. Launching of 3M Di-NOC Architectural PVC Films in Northern region under the umbrella of 3M Commercial graphic Division.
5. Supply Chain management for 3M Product lines for northern region (Including From importation follow-ups to material delivery in regional warehouse).
6.Conducting regular site visits and interact with the contractors and consultants for keeping update on project scope, schedule and cost performances
7. Ensuring implementation of safety regulations on project site.
8.Planning and managing time, track, costs and finances to ensure quality targets, control scopes at the micro level for early delivery of project.
9.Managing with contractors and engineers in compliance with the established progress measuring/assessment systems.
10.Visiting project site to review the progress of ongoing activities, resource usage and cost incurred relative to data date.
11.Communicating sensitive project problems, issues, conflicts, changes for perfect progress to concerned sections.
12.Managing materials and equipments for project.
13.Monitoring of billing & recovery from contractor
