o Responsible for managing the group’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) portfolio. The group consists of Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority (EAA) and its subsidiaries: Miral, Tamkeen, Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management (ADMM), Flash Entertainment and Farah Experiences.
o Reporting to EAA’s BCM program senior executives committee; providing regular status updates on the group’s BCM program, shared strategies, compliance, incidents including root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
o Hired and spearheaded a team of BCM managers and 3rd party consultants to oversee business continuity and redesign incident management processes across the group.
o Designed and established two disaster recovery sites across the UAE, including state of the art command centers.
o Implemented and launched business continuity and crisis management software and tools:
• RSA, Archer Business continuity suite
• Send Word Now, an emergency notification system
o Key activities and responsibilities at the group level:
• Established resiliency program policies, goals, objectives, scope, framework, KPIs, and project plans.
• Setting the resiliency planning strategy and continuously evolve the program to proactively mitigate risks and respond to evolving threats and business changes.
• Developing and managing the group’s BC risk management plan to better anticipate, identify, and prioritize risks.
• Overseeing and continuously enhancing the incident response plans, providing support to business during significant events
• Orchestrated a five years training and awareness program to support alleviating the group’s resiliency maturity at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
• Developing and managing the group’s testing & exercising program:
• Directing and supervising the development, implementation, and execution of the test plans.
• Designing and facilitating the simulation testing of incident, media, and continuity plans.
• Driving improvements required to enhance the BCM program to ensure adherence to regulatory expectations, NCEMA 7000:2015 and ISO 22301 standards, industry best practice, and to ensure consistency across.
• Promoting efficient resources management by identifying, designing, and implementing common resiliency strategies across the group.
• SME supporting the BCM managers:
• Participating as a committee member in the subsidiaries BCM steering committees’ meetings.
• Review and approve subsidiaries BCM plans, strategies, BCM documentation, training needs, resources requirements, budget, testing, test reports, risk assessment, and mitigation plans.
o Developed a BCM framework for different departments (Mobile, Fixed, and Business Networks and IT).

Systems Engineer:
o Provided advanced systems support including creating and delivering Feasibility Studies (FS), light analysis, full analysis studies and Feature Architectures (FA) for newly proposed projects.
Domain Architect:
o Spearheaded the conceptualization design and maintenance of the cutting edge domain architecture of Common Language Interface Module (CLI).
o Monitored and effected any requisite modifications in the same.
Senior Software Engineer:
o Developed and enhanced embedded software throughput by working closely with hardware and platform software engineers to produce system solutions.
o Executed design, coding, code reviews, code integration and testing activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications of project.
o Created Object Oriented analysis and detailed OO design documentation of SW subsystems using UML and Rational Rose for modeling and delivering into Rational Clearcase.
o Utilized quality control, optimization, effort estimation and design tools and techniques like White-Band Delphi methodology, OCTOPUS methodology, SCRUM development process and Codewizard to estimate, design, implement projects, isolate and fix faults and coding errors.
