Worked on Govt. of the Punjab project for Public Safety & Communication Systems on Additional Job Assignment as Deputy Project Director (DPD) at Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) Lahore from November 2018 to January 2022 with the following core responsibilities;
• As Deputy Project Director, my role was to assist the Project Director/COO to get the PPIC3 Lahore & Kasur project worth minimum 150 million USD executed within the approved resources and agreed timelines.
• Reporting to Chief Operation Officer for project execution, progress and reports.
• Managing Project Management Office of PSCA.
• Supervise the designing, installation, testing, commissioning, training, maintenance & support of citywide command and control systems through experts.
• Ensure the establishment of all the services related to Punjab Police Integrated Command, Control and Communication Centre (PPIC3) in the form of Video surveillance, Integrated Data & Voice Communication platform for telephone and radio communications (LTE-A), Traffic Management (ANPR, ITMS, E-Ticketing, VMS etc.) system, Call Centre, Response management through dispatch system GPS-enabled vehicles, Automatic Vehicle Location System, Data center and disaster recovery center, Optical Fiber Network for provision of redundant connectivity links.
• Identify risks, mitigation plans, Technical review and budget strategies.
• Develops project plans that are practical and of appropriate scope, and includes identification of stakeholders, assessment of resource needs, risk assessment and implementation timelines for PPIC3 Centers Project.
• Ensure the provision of technical capability to provide support and maintenance for all the IC3 technologies.
• Meetings with The Contractor, The Consultants, The Vendors and Third Party Solutions providers over the progress and technical issues of the Project.
• Ensuring that the Core, Distribution, Access and LTE-A backhaul Network solutions submitted by the Bidder's is aligned with the PPIC3 requirements.
• Lead the technical teams to perform Digital Security Surveillance audit for all the key infrastructure of Government.
• Leading the team to perform survey, prepare specifications, performed technical evaluation for all the digital security surveillance equipment of Punjab Police.
• Designing and implementing network configurations, network architecture (including hardware and software technology, node locations, and integration of technologies), data service requirements and network signaling protocols.
• Monitoring PSCA/PPIC3 Network/LTE-A performance and performing necessary network and server maintenance and upgrades.

Deputy Executive Officer Network Operations Center (NOC) at Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) Lahore from October 2016 to January 2022 with the following Major and assigned responsibilities;
• As Assistant Manager NOC, Responsible for Managing Communication between Infrastructure of Punjab Safe Cities Authorities.
• Monitoring and reporting of Main Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center Network operations.
• Manageability of Field Sites Surveillance Network and LTE-A Communication system.
• Ensure implementation of Field Sites Surveillance & LTE-A Systems as per design and approved configurations.
