• Experienced in Corrosion integrity management, ILI, ICDA, ECDA, IC-CDA, EC-CDA, SC-CDA. Performed ECDA and ICDA of enamel, asphalt coated, 3-LPE oil and gas pipelines from 8” to 42” Dia.
• Very good understanding and practical knowledge of 49CFR 192 and 195. ASME B31.8S, API 580 & 581, API 1169, API 571, NACE SP 0169/ SP0102/ SP0204/ SP0206/ SP0502/ SP0775.
• Installing, Designing, Upgrading & monitoring of CPS for pipeline network, fire water lines & plant piping with ICCP & Sacrificial CP system.
• Managing corrosion, material selection, coating, cathodic protection, environmental control, and assessment of time related corrosion issues, time dependent and stable defects. Corrosion Coupon, ER Probes, LPR Probes, Galvanic Probes and Hydrogen Probes.
• Risk assessment and minimizing through corrosion control. Data integrity and verification remediation and repair. Inspection and assessment intervals with post integrity assessment risk analysis.
• Conducted CIPs, DCVG, Coating resistivity/conductivity survey, current drain/ requirement survey, bell-hole inspection, PCM surveys of up to 42″ dia carbon steel pipeline to identify and witness the pipeline coating integrity. Identify coating disbonded areas.
• Identify coating dis-bonded areas well before any corrosion occurrence/ seepage & manage/ supervise coating refurbishment activities on pipeline network with Coal-tar, enamel coating & warping band tape coatings.
• Analysis & implement AC /DC mitigation for new pipelines, with diagnostic testing and remedial action, installation services for deep well, semi-deep well or distributed ground beds.
• Monitoring and testing CPS, coating, Testing of PFIJs, Integrity of cased crossings, Current drain tests, Depth of cover, Line location etc.
