 Managing LAN for users of the company.
 Responsible to provide support to the far end users, for their software and hardware problems.
 Support includes assisting users to configure their laptops, with and without docking stations, desktop computers, MFP printers, ADSL Router configuration.
 Installing, configuring and troubleshooting their computers and peripherals.
 Most of the tasks are done by remotely connecting with user computers or advice has been giving on the phone.
 Basic Knowledge for creating Active Directory on Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.
 Basic Knowledge for creating DHCP and DNS server on Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.
 Monitoring LAN network and wireless network connectivity.
 Management of Email accounts in O365.
 Management of Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Lync 2013 servers.
 Management of SharePoint 2013 site.
 Support and management of company telephone system including PABX and Dect. Phones, and billing software.
 Management and administration of ManageEngine Service Desk portal, PRTG network monitor, Cisco Network Assistant, AvTech Temperature Monitor, ManageEngine ADAudit.
 Procurement of IT accessories and related equipment.
 Management and administration of Access Control System.
 Management and administration of Video / Audio conferencing system.
 Managing and supervising new IT Project within company.
