An IT Graduate (MSc.IT) also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management from IIM and holds multiple Certifications such as SAP Certified, JAVA - Data Analytics Tool (Power BI, Tableau, Gen AI into Project Management etc. )
My Experience Includes Program & Project Mgmt., Transition & Transformation Mgmt. across various domains: BPO (HRO, F&A, Insurance, Health Care Supply Chain etc.) and IT/ITES. In her career, she has successfully managed transition of 2000+ resources & transformation projects for 1000+ resources
Project 1: Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Implementation: Leveraging data to gain insights and make informed decisions. This involved implementation of tools like Tableau, Power BI for data visualization and analysis, building data warehouses, and developing predictive analytics models. Project 2: Implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System: This project involves selecting, customizing, and deploying a CRM system such as Salesforce, The goal is to streamline customer interactions, improve sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
