Major jobs:Responsible for Erection commissioning and testing of Substations, Planning of materials, manpower management, Vendor finalization etc
responsible for overall activities including Project Monitoring, planning, execution and all techno-commercial issues related to the project.
•Erection, Commissioning& Testing of all types of HT & LT Electrical equipments like Power Transformers, Switchgears, new substations & Augmentation of the existing 33/6.6 KV substation, 6.6/.415KV substation, facilitating the enabling activities like HT/LT cable diversion and miscellaneous construction power management for the entire department.
•Analyzing & Reviewing: Procurement of Equipments like Transformers, Switchgears, LT Panels etc; Responsible for the coordination with different departments, understanding the requirements of the key customers.
•Modernization : Capable of analyzing modernization needs & computing time, materials and manpower requirements for successful execution of the project and Controlled and Motivated team of staff and guided them to achieve optimum productivity
for the up gradation of 33/6.6 KV AIS Substation to GIS one, New 6.6/.415 KV substation for the 3 MTPA expansions Project of the Tata Steel, Jamshedpur.
Major Supplies & Erection: 25/31.5MVA Transformers, 1.6 MVA Transformers, 6.6 kV switchgears, 33kv GIS etc.
Major Challenge: Completion of the project without affecting the plant production and within given timeframe.
Involved in supervision of project.
•Managing the contractors, documentation of whole process, material management, planning and proper co-ordination systematically.
•Proactively interacted with clients for approval of drawings and responsible for successful contract closing.

Profile: upgrading 33/11 KV substation, Commissioning, testing whole the equipments. Supervision of 33 kV substation, Erection, Stringing of conductors, Augmentation, Erection of poles, Transformer, area survey, GIS, management and planning and we electrified whole the rural area with installing & upgrading Grid substation, feeders, laying down thousands of kilometers of cables to consumers.
