I have been given the opportunity to work hand in hand with the clients, in providing the perfect adaptable services they can find, have work hand in hand with the clearing agencies, preparing quote estimate for overseas client and local client, to have a full communication with other co-loaders, in shipment. The continues communication with the shipping line airline and road transport have given me the enthusiastic of giving advice in most suitable transport mode, as to make sure of the customer satisfaction . making sure all parties in the shipment ore communicated with, to make sure no client will be left unhappy
completing my diploma in international trade and transport and certificate in customs clearing and forwarding, has taught me to apply business ethics in the work place ,help improve my knowledge and skills in importing and exporting of cargo, the logistics involved in the process of moving goods. Furthermore I have good communication skills and i am exuberant about learning and making the most out of every opportunity.
