During the my 25 years banking career at Pan Asia Bank, I have covered all the branch banking functions such as customer service, Teller functions, Clearing and credit operations.
Specially as an Assistant Manager of the branch, I was responsible for all the operational matters such as Compliance requirements, Customer problem resolving, Marketing etc.
