Retail Sales Automotive
• Properly follows all steps of the sales process i.e. prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post sale follow up to attract new and retain current customers.

General Administration & Sales coordination.

Handling customer enquires and measure.
Ordering of Cars & VCC - Controlling of VCC-DXB Inventory (Cars) stock by coordinating with PDI Department.
Attendance-leave request forms in coordination with HR/schedule of Day Off and Vacation Leave, Report
Handling Logistic support by coordinating with Logistic Department.
Communication with service center.
Requisition (Vouchers - Key Chain - Sun Shade/Visor - Office Supplies - Consumable Items - Catalogues/Brochures - Related PDI Items (chrome polish etc.))
PDSS Board Update
Preparing the Minutes and records/ memo/corres.
Preparation of customer sales/logistics delivery notes.
Other Issues and task that may be assign from time to time
Customer Service Cooordinator
Handling a busy switchboard - answering switchboard phones, direct appropriately (follow specific protocols).
Monitoring of Demo Cars and Commercial Plates (Registration, Fines, etc.)
Attending all types of calls, this may vary from all kinds of enquires to complaints.
Reception, greeter, data entry, Screening Showroom walk in, CSI, distributing e-mails & faxes.
Handling the TEST DRIVES for DEMOS VEHICLES (booking, scheduling and all issues).
Preparing the presentation for sales meeting & events, working with Marketing management in promotion campaigns & events by sharing it with customers and coordinate with other departments as (service, spare parts, Fleet, Export and other showrooms)
Supervise house keeping, safety, security etc.
Reporting to showroom manager CRM Manager& Marketing Manager

Ensures accurate collection and submission of customer details
Effectively schedules customer follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management and organization skills to maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
Ensures a smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
Reports daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
Regularly visits key customers, to build, grow and maintain good relationships with customers.
Achieves monthly sales targets set by management and maximizes company profit by selling the vehicles at maximum margins within company policies.
Achieves sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service.
Actively maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge.
Actively promotes the Finance and Insurance products, whilst determining customer qualifications and profiles to ensure appropriateness of the offer.
Prepares all required documentation to complete the sale process.
Tracks and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates
Coordinates with parts and services teams to present complete offer to the clients.
Prepare monthly bank accounts payables.
Accounts receivables reconciliation.
Financial statements, accounts up to finalization.
Prepare various journals, adjusting entries.
Provide financial records, compliance and operation audit.
Handling petty cash.
Following up the employees’ expenditure.
Managing the spare parts store, maintaining an inventory, ensuring the optimum stock levels, maintaining stock register reducing stock shrinkage.
Direct selling to the customers.
Prepare sales invoices and issue vouchers.
Telemarketing, following up.
