+ Initial set up and implementation of the PMO; including business case, vision, and infrastructure.

+ Accountable for (Destination Maternity - American)
and (Franklin & Marshall - Italian) across KSA I Fashion & Footwear.
+ Lead a team of Area Managers to seek opportunities & initiatives that result
in the achievement of the Business Plan, this includes cost control, sales
drivers & budget planning.
+ Accountable for the processes of succession planning, people
development & manpower planning to ensure all operational positions
within the brand are staffed to the optimum level.
+ Accountable for (River Island - British) across KSA I Fashion & Footwear.
+ Plan and manage opening new branches and stores closure. Ensuring
presentation and compliance in stores are up to company and brand
standards.
+ Controlling costs and Reduce loss
+ Manage and motivate multi-cultural teams, Coaching, challenging and
supporting staff.
+ Financial analysis & profit and loss responsibility & Track sale Business plan.
+ Accountable for 3 Brands ( Eclipse - Malaysien, Lipsy and Quiz - British)
