Jeddah Economic Forum [2009 -2008] •Assisted in the pre forum registration process for the 10th Jeddah Economic Forum 2009 Assisted in the planning for the networking events that coincide with the 10th Jeddah Economic Forum 2009. [2008-2007] •Worked hand n hand with the organizing team of Jeddah economical forum 2008 on the following: •Assisted the team in the Meet- greet and accommodation services for all guest and speaker of the forum •Issued and followed up all visa processes for guests-speakers and suppliers of the forum . Other Events and Projects: [2009] •Coordinated the JMB team for the Visit of the Turkish president to the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry [2008] The 1st Jeddah Business Youth Exhibition •Supervising and distributing the booths with in the ladies section during the event. The 1st Jeddah Environmental Forum •Assisted the organizing team with the registration process for the forum. •Coordinated with the JMB team for the Visit of the Lebanese president to the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry •Coordinated with the JMB team for the Visit of Senior leader of the People's Republic of China Xí Jìnpíng •Coordinated with the JMB team for the Visit of the Pakistan Minister of Trade to the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry Organized the Visit of the Saudi delegation from the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Abu Dhabi Chamber •Coordinated with the organizers in Abu Dhabi Chamber of commerce for all the details including: accommodation- transportation-travel and the program for the visit of the Saudi Delegation headed by the JCCI Chairman of the Board and other business officials. •Coordinated with the organizers of the Taiwan consulate for all the details including: accommodation- transportation-travel and the program for the visit of the Saudi business delegation to Taiwan.
