• Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology projects.
• Manage the physical assets within IT operation (Network Infrastructure, Servers, Firewalls, Workstations, etc).
• Create project documentation and Follow PMI standards to manage projects through the project lifecycles of initiation, planning, execution and closure.
• Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the information technology methods and procedures; develops, maintains and implements programming standards, quality control procedures and related processes to ensure that all information technologies comply with HAAD.

• Oversees and participates in the development of hospital’s information technology budget, including capital expenses pertaining to technology projects; develops forecasts for funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; monitors and approves expenditures and implements/authorizes budget adjustments; analyzes major technology purchases to determine their effect on the existing environment and their compatibility with strategic directions; reviews contracts for capital equipment and information technology services to help ensure agency-wide consistency with standards.
• Develops and administers hospital’s information technology security strategy, policies and procedures for network availability, security and related issues.
• Manage the applications and software necessary to support the business activities (Microsoft products, Business/Financial applications and Clinical applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct, all operational activities of the department, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations.
• Work with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions that align with the overall strategic plans and goals of the Hospitals.

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER
Acting as a project manager for company projects with government clients such as FNC and Tourism Authority.
Duties include: Preparing project charters, weekly progress reports, project plans, communication plan, manage change requests, project closure document.. etc.
ROLE: SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST
o Collect and Understand the business requirements for the project by meeting with stakeholders
o Define Solution Scope
o Lead a support team to provide a support and training for users on the systems.
o Applying the Software Engineering Methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC)
o GAP Analysis related tasks.
o Prepare Business Processes, Modeling and Workflows.
o Prepare Documentations (BRS, BRD, SRS, CR, MOM, Training Manual and User Manual)

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER
Carried out requirements gathering, create Requirements and
Architecture documents, and writing Request For Proposal (RFP) . Conducted Design Reviews, Weekly Project schedule review with the project team or with "outsourcing" companies. Presented to the Senior/Top Management the weekly and monthly progress schedule and update on Risk/Issue, mitigation plans. Coordinated the multi-site activities and tracked the dependencies.
Project Scope:
Project 1: Electronic Future education Project, a WEB based Application connecting schools in Abu Dhabi with centralized data servers in the office headquarters. This is an In-house project which was achieved by a third party -Sakhr Company. All phases of the project was done under our supervision
Project 2: Students Historical Database, entering student information and grades since academic year 1980 up to 2003, and supervising Data conversion to the new system.
Project 3: Schools' Trips, a WEB based Application to manage school's trip and arranging with external organizations.
Project 4: Web Portal for Irshad Centre; dealing with students'
disabilities, student registration, diagnosis, cases
Project 5: a web portal for private education (school management system)
• ROLE: SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST / Application Head Section
o Responsible for the production of specifications of requirements using Object Oriented Analysis method and communicate these requirements to the developers, facilitating groups, assigning tasks, developing Business Requirements Document (BRD), preparation of technical options, operational requirements, and supporting business cases.
o Representatives of the business stakeholders: gathering information requirements and writing Request For Proposal (RFP), and follow up with the vendor's project Manager making sure the project is on time and to specifications. Weekly Project schedule review with the "out sourcing" company. Presented to the Top Management the weekly and monthly progress schedule and update on Risk/Issue, mitigation plans. Coordinated the multi-site activities and tracked the dependencies.
o Supervising software testing: develop test plans to find variances between the software and the requirements, and applying a series of testing methods (black box testing, Regression test, stress testing )
o Defining Yearly Roadmap of activities for the team, Budget Estimation, Office Equipments, Conducting Quarterly Performance Review, and Procurement.
o Leading the team for assigning tasks and roles to enhance the software developing productivity.
o Helping the administration to understand the importance of Office Automation and implementing the ideas by designing and developing systems.
o Supervising data migration from old databases to new ones.
o Training Headquarter staff and schools staff.
ROLE: APPLICATION TEAM LEADER
Application Team leading in the analysis of different business real workflows in the schools and the office headquarters.
- Designing & creating alternative business models that architect the basic software module design
- Evaluating new technologies and presenting any relevant findings to the company directors.
- Developing and delivery of staff training documentation and presenting small learning seminars.
- Ultimus "Workflow Engine" Administrator.
