- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations,
- check runs
- fixed asset activity

* Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or
statements
* Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
* Coordinate and complete annual audits
* Provide recommendations
* Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
* Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
* Meet financial accounting objectives

Requirements
* Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or
Finance Manager
* Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
* Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
* Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices,
standards, laws and regulations
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to direct and supervise
* BS degree in Accounting.
Working as a senior accountant
* Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
* Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
* Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
* Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
* Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
*Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product.
* Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
