Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Service existing accounts, establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily tasks.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
Create and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
