• Prompt and correct delivery of the finished goods to the customers in safe mood within time.
• Control export and L/C executions and arrange all shipping documents.eg SGS, SASU, GCC Certificate, Chamber Of Commerce & Ministry Of Economy Documents.
• Applying SAP for normal sales process (Creates Sales Order, Delivery note and invoice).
• Creating Freight Purchase Order through SAP system; (a document issued in favour of Approved Shipping to, the
transport Company to hire truck or container for transportation of finished products to customers in time) and Local
purchase orders.
• Responsible for all the goods ins and outs from warehouse and from other sites.
• Complete responsibility for the warehouse which includes structural & goods safety, asset accuracy to book and quality maintenance
• Ability to manage high numeric volume of small lot deliveries through effective planning, route and team management
• Have a good understanding of the FMCG customer requirements on deliveries and documentation. 100% stock accuracy based on Perpetual stock taking.
• Be conversant with the import procedures nonfood items including documentation and the process.
• Very well conversation with perpetual stock taking procedures.
• Maintain FIFO or FEFO.
• In warehouse Promotional packing and SKU management.
• Team management: Hands on and involved approach, motivating the team and managing challenging work load situations.
• Timely clearance of imports without any demurrage.
