• Reading of automation control & process operation in (P&ID) pipeline & instrument diagrams.

• Instrument installing up to HOOK-UP Drawing.

• Cable termination on trays & junction boxes according to wiring diagrams (from field to DCS)

• Computers, Digitals control equipment & Distributed control systems ( DCS)

• Programmable logic controllers ( PLC)

• Machine monitoring system (MMS) of BENTLY NEVADA PROXIMITY TRANSDUCER SYSTEM 3300 / 3500 series.
• Communication interface system.

• Field bus Foundation system.

• Transmitter's calibration as data sheets.

• Troubleshooting.

Field & work shop knowledge: * Calibration of pressure & temperature gauges & switches on deadweight tester & metal blocks temperature calibrator. (Heater)
* Calibration of pressure, flow, temperature & level transmitter's (ELECTRONIC's & SMART) Fisher -Rosemount, Foxboro, yokogawa, Endress+Hauser on smart field communicator, Druck hydraulic calibrator, electronic source & calibrator and decade resistance box, Highway addressable remote transducer (hart) communicator model (275), (375) & ABB hart communicator
* Calibration of displacer type level & Interface transmitter's (level control), (MASONEILAN) dresser.
* Calibration of control valves, on/off valve's (ball valves)
* Calibration of (I/P) current to pressure converter (MASONNEILLAN) & (ABB)
* Testing of solenoid valves.
* Testing of safety relief valve, (PSV)
* Testing of (MOV) motor operating valve by (ROTORK), (BIFFI) & (AUMA)
* Testing of (RTD) & thermocouple temperature elements.
