- Reviewing the project plans and reviewing the plans submitted by the contractor.
- Review applications for approval of materials supplied by the contractor to work on
site and approve them according to project specifications and specifications of the
Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
- Follow up and evaluate the progress of the project according to the schedule.
- Supervision and laboratory follow-up of samples taken during the work on site from
the material backfill.
- Daily follow-up of the project.
- Require the contractor to comply with the technical standards and specifications of the
project.
- Prepare reports on the project, working conditions, completion rates and costs.
- Review abstracts provided by the contractor.
- Attend project meetings with the contractor.
- Lead working group to check the workplace safety and taking all the precautions.
