Ending the employees procedures who are recently hired, regarding job offer, contract until work ID card issuing, handling fingerprint device as well .
- Dealing with employee’s violation and take the appropriate action as per the ministry of labor system, reporting work injuries to social insurance ASAP.
- Coordinate with department’s mangers to make interviews and share the interrogation & show applicant’s abilities.
- Preparing all the offical letters including salary statement for salaries & pledge for Banks.
- Receiving & ending all the transactions that related to HR and employee’s affairs, in addition to record them in a weekly report
- Handling the training department support responsibility in company’s plant by the supervision on the training halls and provide them all the needs during the training courses period.
